Explanation

Continues the previous pitch slide, and also slides the volume (i.e. gradually gets louder or softer), as with type 0D.

A pitch slide command (type 01, 02, 03, 11, 12, 21 or 22) must have been used on the previous line.

This type is really a combination of two types: a pitch slide and type 0D. So, to achieve the same effect you can use a pitch slide type and 0D simultaneously, on different command pages.

Level 1a:                Speed of getting louder (overrides level 1b if it exists) [allowed range: 0-9, A-F]

Level 1b:                Speed of getting softer [allowed range: 0-9, A-F]

Level 2:                  Ignored
