Explanation
Continues the previous vibrato, and also slides the volume (i.e. gradually gets
louder or softer), as with type 0D. A vibrato command (type 04 or 14) must have
been used on the previous line.
This type is really a combination of two types: a vibrato type and 0D. So, to
achieve the same effect you can use a vibrato type and 0D simultaneously, on
different command pages.
