Explanation

Increases or decreases a note’s volume smoothly.

Level 1a:                Speed of getting louder (overrides level 1b if it exists) [allowed range: 0-9, A-F]

Level 1b:                Speed of getting softer [allowed range: 0-9, A-F]

Level 2:                  Ignored

Technical note: The volume is changed every tick. For example, assuming 6 ticks per line, a level

1a value of 2 would raise the volume 12 steps per line.
