Explanation

Slides a note’s pitch upwards. It cannot be created using the automatic slide creator.  This type is like type 01, except it only slides on the first tick of the line, not on every tick.

Level 1:                  Slide speed [allowed range: 00-FF]

Level 2:                  Slide speed (for fine-tuning) [allowed range: 00-FF]
