Explanation

A note can be delayed by a particular number of ticks.  A note can also be repeated every so-

many ticks. The delay and repeat lasts one line.  This is a generalisation of commands 0FF100 to

0FF300. (0FF400 and 0FF500 cannot be emulated by type 1F.)

Level 1a:                Initial delay, in ticks, before the note is played

Level 1b:                Distance between repeats (e.g. 2 plays the note every 2 ticks, after any initial delay)

Level 2:                  Ignored
