Explanation

If command level is 0000: Reverse Sample

Command 200000 plays a sample backwards.

If command level is not 0000: Relative Sample Offset

Alters the sample’s playing position, while the sample is playing.  For example, the sample might currently be at position 50000. Command 020100 will immediately skip forward 256 positions, to

50256.

Level 1:  Number of positions to skip forwards or backwards, multiplied by 256 [allowed range: 80-7F, in signed hex]

Level 2:  Ignored.
