Security and confidentiality are a high priority with RBF Software, the following is our commitment to both users of our software and customers purchasing software through our online ordering system.

First of all, under no circumstances do we ever sell, promote, distribute or in any other way make available email addresses or any other personal information you have willingly given us without your prior permission.

Secondly, RBF do not 'KEEP, RECORD or EVER SEE' customers credit card details from on line purchases. Transactions are processed through http://www.paypal.co.uk/
who are official credit card processors acting on behalf of RBF Software with direct banking links.
Only the bank that processes the order will see your credit card details, which are all passed through FULL encrypted means.

Thirdly, when purchasing anything over the Internet, you MUST ALWAYS make sure you can see the padlock symbol at the bottom of your browsers window. If you don't see that symbol then seek advice before entering your credit card details. The padlock symbol indicates that you are securely connected to the web site you are visiting (you may be able to see one now, although it's not required on this page).

The privacy of any data stored on your computer is also a high priority with RBF Software and unless notified otherwise, none of our software is equipped with features that can secretly connect to any external internet connections without your knowledge.
RBF Software reserve the right to make additional requests to authorize registered software against known illegal unlocking codes/methods.
AT NO TIME WHILST CONNECTED TO OUR WEB SITES IS ANY PERSONAL OR UNRELATED INFORMATION REGARDING YOU, YOUR COMPUTER OR SOFTWARE SENT TO RBF Software WITHOUT YOUR PRIOR AGREEMENT.
